Time - are you part time or are you full time?
Part time webmastering - planning when you're going to fit this in and being strict with that time is important. Set aside 2 hours a day or more if you can spare it. Have a schedule of when you check your e-mail, ICQ and network on the boards. This should be a part of your every day webmastering.
